Dr. Anne Mook

Dr. Yu-Kai Huang

At Sustigators®, Dr. Yu-Kai Huang’s research is enhancing our understanding of the economic and environmental tradeoffs related to regional and state water policies in light of direct and indirect land use changes. His research interests are environmental and resource economics, climate change economics, and energy economics. He specializes in advanced econometrics, optimization modeling, and simulation techniques. Dr. Huang received his M.Sc. (2014) in Agricultural Economics at National Taiwan University and Ph.D. in Resource and Environmental Economics (2021) at Texas A&M University. Dr. Farhad Masum

At Sustigators®, Dr. Farhad Masum’s research focused on the economics and carbon benefits of using carinata-based sustainable aviation fuel in the Southeastern United States. His research interests are bioenergy, carbon emissions, and natural resource economics. He specializes in techno-economic analysis, lifecycle analysis, optimization modeling, and simulation techniques. Dr. Masum received his BS (2010) in Environmental Science from the University of Chittagong, MS (2014) at the University of Arkansas Monticello, MS (2020) in Agricultural & Applied Economics at the University of Georgia, and Ph.D. (2020) in Forestry and Natural Resources at the University of Georgia Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources. Dr. Noah Goyke

At Sustigators®, Dr. Noah Goyke’s research focused on assessing the extent of heirs’ property among African American family forest landowners and its impact on sustainable forestry practices and successional planning. His research interests are private land use, intergenerational land transfer, and forestland ownership. He specializes in ethnographic interviews and mixed-methods techniques. Dr. Goyke received his MS (2017) from Michigan Technological University, where he was a part of the Peace Corps Masters International Program.
